Users and their End-user’s Privacy Policy:

All entities, users and end-users hereby one hundred percent accept responsibilities and one hundred percent agree to responsibilities stated and implied in terms for each the programs in connection to each the respective applications and programs use.

Users are 100 percent responsible to have HIPAA fully compliant office and work environment and users shall at all times agree to maintain all lawful requirements at all times. Secured communications must be responsibilities entities distributing the programs to and for users and end-users. For example, financial, legal, physician, healthcare related communications must be established by programs with required levels of security and privacy. For instance, scheduling payments, shopping, transferring, communicating matters or events using “Pay, Buy, Book Now” (buttons) in a connection with applications and program events. For instance, 8×8®, LogMeIn123® and other programs may become employed programs for such use. Users are 100 percent responsible to have secured software related compliance for use of this product or service in practice not limited meaningful use, electronic health records as well as all other standards and protocols. Users give permission to enable external and third party programs to integrate or interface the users’ of other apps with the Talking Head® product’s functionality. Users are to use encryption in required events and/or communications, and not encryption for illegal activities and/or to intentionally evade the law and your governing bodies of your government’s rules, statues and laws. End-users’ Permissions:

Installing your Talking Head® users are accepting these Terms, Conditions and Privacy.

Your Talking Head® extension may change the way your browser works.

Selecting “Accept” or “Allow” in the dialog box above is to allow this program has least number of permissions required for operating in your device and working on your browser. The following are the only permissions your Talking Head® requests,and these are very narrow Google® Chrome ® Store permissions;

It can:

● Read and change all your data on the websites you visit (Chrome® Store).

● Communicate with cooperating applications (“apps”) or websites.

● Manage your apps, extensions, and themes​

The Talking Head® program (application or app) requests access to the narrowest permissions necessary to implement the Talking Head® product’s features or services. If more than one permission could be used to implement a feature, Talking Head® requests only those with the least access to data or functionality.

The Talking Head® app will put an icon/logo next to phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Talking Head® app users will select and put third party apps on the Talking Head® app’s graphic user interface. To this extent this is how the above outlined permissions is working to “change the way your browser works” and so as to “read” only information already in the public domain, converting the data to interacting phone numbers and e-mail addresses. The Talking Head® app is not changing the phone numbers or e-mail addresses, it’s reading this information (data) from published sites. Your Talking Head® does not collect these phone numbers or e-mail addresses. Talking Head® program is interacting with computing devices for narrowest functionality, to essentially connect users interacting with voice and messaging apps they have a preference to use. Talking Head® product only converting the data to interact with the users.

The Talking Head® app does not collect data. The Talking Head® app does not store data from the sites you visit, the phone numbers or e-mail addresses users invoked. The Talking Head® app does not really care about what you are doing or where you visit. The Talking Head® app is not interested in any of your personal data or personal information. The Talking Head® does not care to save, store, share or collect any of the other information (data) from any of the other sites, which you may visit. No one else, but the users, will know what phone numbers/email addresses have been invoked from any application (app) or web program, browser or application site. No one else, but the users of Talking Head®, will know what phone numbers/email addresses have been invoked from any applications (apps) or web programs, browser or its application sites.

Talking Head® collects no data/information and no tracking cookies on or in its server (remote) end. Unless the Talking Head® program users allow their data/information to be collected typically collected on its sign up form and registration or select “allow/accept” for logging each the user’s permissions of their Talking Head®. However, Talking Head® is not collecting, sharing, storing, saving data/information after the process and Talking Head® installation and/or registration. For example, your Talking Head® product will not be collecting, sharing, storing, saving phone numbers or e-mail addresses users click on. For another example, your Talking Head® will not collect data/information as the users are visiting sites, invoking or clicking on phone numbers or e-mail addresses, etc., in the method of “cookies” or not.

There is no Talking Head® account or web browser app sign-in or log on required. Therefore, no body else except for each Talking Head® users’, will know your Talking Head® personal account information. Talking Head® cookies will not be in use in this way.

Talking Head® will be enabling you (“user”) to interact with phone numbers and e-mail addresses from various sites and applications. Talking Head® technology’s method or process is interacting with your computing device and it’s making phone numbers and e-mail addresses this data or information interactive for the user (you). You should abide by any other apps’ or sites’ terms, conditions, licensing, privacy and permissions requirements.

Terms of these permissions and privacy only apply to you if you have an account or use (you as a “user”) the Talking Head® product. When you are a user of other applications (“apps”) then you and the other apps will choose how each share, store, save or collect your personal information/data. Therefore, your Talking Head® permissions will use each the Talking Head® users’ and these permissions are very narrowest permissions to perform its functionality through your Talking Head® invoking voice from phone numbers or email addresses using personalized/customized user’s app preferences, putting Talking Head® logo adjacent phone numbers and email addresses, and the Talking Head® users putting an icon/logo image on your Talking Head® user graphical interface(“GUI or “UI”). Invoking your Talking Head® will not collect to share cookie files from/to any third party app accounts, which enable users to perform these Talking Head® narrowest functionality and its operations.

Therefore, types of data/information your Talking Head® app collect and share depend will not depend on your Talking Head®. Instead, depend on the products or services you have with other apps. Your Talking Head® will use the very basic data/information, which is allowed when you have installed your Talking Head® by Chrome® Web Store and its Google® Chrome® browser.

In general, use of other apps, which you allow using your Talking Head® app, may collect data/information essentially for the users to set up an account with other apps, which you choose to use. However, it remains up to the users to choose each the permissions/privacy policies that you allow with end-user permissions (“user based permissions”, “permission based user” terms). Refer to bullet points (above) for Google Chrome Store narrow permissions.

Talking Head® only stores your selected app for and instant event for Talking Head® users actions, that is, for making a voice phone call or app for sending a message. For example, selecting the Red Square around each apps’ logo/icon. So, Talking Head® will open users’ app select for the Talking Head® product’s action. It is the least functionality, which Talking Head® saves or stores on your user side of your computing device.

Although, Talking Head® uses Google® Chrome® very narrowest permissions, your Talking Head® app does not collect data.

The Talking Head® app does not store data from the sites you visit. The Talking Head® app does not really care about what you are doing or where you visit.

The Talking Head® app is not interested in any of your personal data or personal information. The Talking Head® does not care to save, store, share or collect any of the other information (data) from any of the other sites, which you may visit. Users give permission to enable external and third party programs to perform the least amount of functionality, interfacing the users’ of other apps with the Talking Head® product’s functionality.
